In a recent direct video statement, rapper Finesse2Tymes sent an aggressive and defiant message to rapper Offset, referencing a social media post that was subsequently deleted by Offset. The entire video content contained heavy accusations and highly challenging rhetoric from Finesse2Tymes.
Questioning Street Credibility
Finesse2Tymes began by criticizing Offset for “constantly making up stories and talking [profanity]” about him. He strongly denied any implication that someone had been “shot” (get blammed) or harmed because of Offset, while simultaneously calling Offset a “fool.” Finesse2Tymes emphasized the difference between himself and “99% of you rappers” by asserting his own street credibility: “Nobody has ever been able to touch Finesse. Nobody has ever stolen Finesse’s chain.” He stated that every time someone initiates conflict with him, the incident “always ends with ‘someone having to go to jail,’” alluding to the serious nature of events linked to him.
Finesse2Tymes then issued a direct challenge to Offset. He declared that Offset would have to “spend some money” to solve the problem, but asserted that Offset personally would never dare to “meet me at no one of these gas stations at one of these rings to get no one on one.”
Personal Critique and Private Life
In addition to challenges related to music and the streets, Finesse2Tymes also focused on Offset’s personal life and finances. He criticized Offset for being “feminine” and “a fool only chasing clout.”
Specifically, Finesse2Tymes expressed outrage over reports that Offset is “suing your baby mama for $70 million and taking money out of your kids’ mouths,” while he himself is “begging my baby mama to let me see my kids.” Finesse2Tymes mocked Offset, saying that instead of worrying about his children, Offset is buying luxury items like a Chrome Hearts belt for $79,000.
Media Manipulation and Regional Threat
Finesse2Tymes expressed annoyance at being blocked by Offset on social media after being criticized. Being blocked forced him to follow Offset’s remarks through blogs and led him to conclude that Offset had blocked “the whole family” and associated individuals.
Finally, Finesse2Tymes issued a clear geographic warning, asserting that Offset is “finished when it comes to Houston” and “damn near anywhere in Texas.” He threatened to confront Offset in public places, even “Disney World,” regardless of the presence of family or children.
Finesse2Tymes concluded the video by criticizing Offset for violating street rules by not “wearing his clothes three times” (wear your fit three times), an unspoken rule Finesse2Tymes views as essential for street credibility. He concluded by demanding that Offset “get off my line” and stop making up stories to end the conflict.
