 A Warning from Jamie Lee Curtis: “There WILL Be Blood”

Kidman is joined by none other than Jamie Lee Curtis, playing Kay’s older sister Dorothy — and both are executive producing. If that pairing sounds explosive, Curtis herself doubled down with a chilling teaser: “There WILL be blood.”

Based on Cornwell’s novels (over 100 million copies sold), Scarpetta follows Dr. Kay Scarpetta — a razor-sharp medical examiner whose forensic skills make her the last hope for justice in some of the nation’s most twisted murders.

When Scarpetta returns to Virginia and re-enters a world of trauma, family tension, and political minefields, old wounds are reopened — and new dangers lurk everywhere.
