Meghan Markle is officially kicking off the holidays.
On Wednesday, Nov. 19, Netflix debuted the first trailer for With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration, the Duchess of Sussex’s festive special arriving Dec. 3.
“I love the holiday season,” Meghan says in the trailer, which she shared on her Instagram. “It’s about finding time to connect with the people we love, embracing traditions and making new ones.”
The new footage shows Meghan, 44, decorating, crafting and cooking as she reflects on what the season means to her. Quick flashes tease her walking through a Christmas tree farm, friends popping in to help decorate and prep food, plus a glimpse of the DIY gift-wrapping techniques she once taught during her Paper Source days — a full-circle moment she recently laughed about at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit in Washington, D.C.
Prince Harry also makes a brief cameo, helping himself to a bowl of something in the kitchen before the couple shares a kiss. While Harry popped up briefly in Season 1 of With Love, Meghan, he was absent from the second season — making his holiday appearance a notable return.
Also joining Meghan for the special are tennis champion Naomi Osaka, chef and Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio, hospitality expert Will Guidara, philanthropist and close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen and her longtime friend and author-producer Lindsay Roth.

The holiday special marks the newest chapter of the Meghan and husband Prince Harry’s multi-year, first-look deal with Netflix, announced on Aug. 11 after extending their creative partnership through Archewell Productions.
The streaming hub confirmed that the special serves as an expansion of her lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, which premiered in March and returned with a second season in August.

During her Fortune panel interview, Meghan was asked whether there would be a third season of her show, to which she replied: “Well, the holiday special is coming out in November. It’s a really good one.”

“So I think looking at that format — again, it’s a year of learns — so we’re able to say, ‘Eight episodes for two seasons — it’s a lot of work,” she added. “And having done Suits for seven years, I remember what goes into a production. I also recognize how much people want content in different sizes. Part of what we’re testing out now is, it’s amazing to sit and watch a show for 30 minutes, but how can I give you a recipe in two minutes? And where can I share that with you? And how that continues to grow As ever.”

A statement from Archewell earlier this year teased what’s in store: “This December, join Meghan in Montecito for a magical holiday celebration. Together, friends and family deck the halls, create holiday feasts, craft heartfelt gifts, and share lots of laughs — with simple how-tos to follow at home. It’s a holiday wonder with warmth, tradition, and a generous dose of joy.”
The new trailer reflects that mission, spotlighting Meghan’s love of the holidays — something she has spoken about frequently. Last year, she shared the joy of watching Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet grow into one of their family’s favorite traditions: leaving “carrots for the reindeer.”

Netflix’s release also arrives days after Meghan posted a playful clip on Instagram showing her slipping a gift into a holiday stocking above the fireplace. “Oh, we see you,” she teased in the caption. “Not even Thanksgiving yet and you’ve already got this in the bag.”
With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration begins streaming Dec. 3 on Netflix.
