EMINEM’S ex-wife Kim Mathers has pleaded no contest following an impaired driving arrest, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

Mathers, 51, was booked in February after reportedly hitting another vehicle and crashing into her garage with children inside.

New court details following a hearing in Michigan on Monday show Mathers pleaded no contest to two charges; operating while impaired and failing to report an accident.

The rapper’s former spouse, who has three children with the star, and a teenage son from another relationship, will appear in court for sentencing in June.

Mathers told cops she drank two margaritas at Chili’s prior to being booked, according to a police report obtained by TMZ.

The incident happened around 8pm on February 16 and Mathers had reportedly taken her son, Parker, and his friends shopping.

Officers in Michigan responded to the scene after a neighbor called about a white Range Rover crashing into their car – and then fleeing the scene, the outlet said.

The vehicle was said to be parked at a nearby home and when an officer knocked on the door, Mathers answered.

According to the report, she admitted she had recently driven the Range Rover, which was seen in photograph after she crashed into her garage.

The report said Kim had “glossy eyes, slurred/slowed speech and lethargic demeanor” when officers spoke with her.

A cop also “observed a strong odor of alcoholic intoxicants emitting from her person/breath.”

A breathalyzer test returned her BAC as 0.079 percent.

According to the outlet, officers found an empty Crown Royal Apple alcohol mini bottle inside the driver’s side door, along with a root beer can that appeared to be filled with alcohol.

Her arrest comes after she was previously charged with a DUI back in 2017.

Mathers crashed her SUV into a ditch in a reported suicide attempt after drinking.

Months later, she was sentenced to one year of probation and hit with a fine for around $900 after pleading no contest to the charges.

In 2023, she revealed to The U.S. Sun that she was clean and sober after undergoing a 45-day rehab stint after she was left heartbroken by the death of her beloved mom, Kathy Sluck.

She sought help after another suicide attempt in July 2022.

A 911 call from the incident, obtained by The U.S. Sun, revealed one of Mather’s children found her “surrounded by blood and pills on her bathroom floor,” as she struggled to cope with her grief.

They broke the handle on the door and called for help, as Mathers begged them not to call the police after reportedly leaving notes for her family.

She was rushed to the hospital before being discharged, and later sought treatment for addiction at a center in Detroit.

A year later, she told The U.S. Sun, “It’s been hard, I lost my mom, my dad, and my sister [over the past 10 years].

“[But] I’m good. I’ve been clean since about October. I went to Jefferson House … for 45 days.”

Mathers revealed she had previously been taking pills to try and sleep, and her children had been “very supportive,” amid her mental health scare.

Despite her past drama with her famous ex, real name Marshall Mathers, she also insisted they were on good terms and he had been checking in.

Asked how often she sees the rapper, she joked, “Not often, but often enough.”

The pair were childhood sweethearts and married in 1999 but divorced two years later.

Despite reconciling and marrying a second time in 2006, the union did not work out.

The pair have a daughter, Hailie Jade, 30, along with an adopted daughter, Alaina, 33, with Eminem.

Alaina’s mother, Dawn, who was Kim’s sister, died of a drug overdose in 2016 after years of addiction problems.

Kim is also mom to Stevie Laine, 24, who identifies as non-binary, and was also raised by the rapper, 53.
