Behind an emergency call was a horrifying scene at a home in Elanora Heights at around 5:45pm
Police are investigating the death of a teenage girl who was found unresponsive at a home on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Paramedics were called to the property in Elanora Heights at 5.45pm on Sunday, where they found the 16-year-old girl.
The girl was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital, where she later died. Nine
Police said emergency services were called due to concerns raised about the girl’s welfare.
Paramedics treated the girl at the home before she was flown to Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.
Police said on Wednesday the teenager had died in hospital the previous night.
Officers are now investigating the death.
