Meghan Markle has been mocked once again for her latest As Ever post – after fans were convinced it contained a ‘spelling error’.

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, took to Instagram earlier this week to share a picture of her ‘elevated’ morning breakfast from her Montecito mansion, including a ‘sandwhich’ made from her $14 crêpe mix, a fried egg and ‘any veggies in your fridge.’

In the snap, Meghan arranged her crêpe on her plate alongside a scattering of cherry tomatoes and chopped herbs, and what appeared to be a glass of champagne.

The mother-of-two wrote in her caption: ‘Crêpe inspo with a savory twist!

‘As ever Crepe Mix, a fried egg + any veggies in your fridge = a fun and elevated take on your favorite breakfast “sandwhich”.’

It appeared that the former royal was making a ‘pun’ about ‘which’ vegetables she would be selecting for her meal – however the meaning seemed to be missed by those who saw the post online.

In fact, Meghan’s choice of words only sparked confusion among royal fans, who were convinced she had made a ‘spelling error’ – and were baffled that she was drinking wine so early in the day.

One person wrote: ‘Spellcheck anyone?’, while a second person added: ‘Who has wine with breakfast?!’

Others wrote: ‘Details matter!! Especially on social media postings to brag about your business. Oops!’

‘It’s that freakish attention to detail again!’

However, one person theorised: ‘It’s her idea of a pun’, while another confirmed: ‘It’s a play on words….which veggies are in the sandwich kind of thing.’

It’s not the first time Meghan’s polished Instagram feed has raised questions among royal fans.

Earlier this month, Meghan baffled royal fans once again after sharing a photograph where she appeared to be holding her jam equipment upside down.

To accompany the new launch of her new Sauvignon Blanc white wine, Meghan had shared new photographs of herself posing candidly in the kitchen of her Montecito mansion in California, using canning equipment to pull a jar of jam out of a large saucepan on the stove.

Meghan’s pricey jams are said to be ‘inspired by the recipe she crafted in her home kitchen‘, as per her website.

But, taking to social media, people pointed out that the Duchess appeared to be holding her equipment ‘upside down’ – with some even joking it was her ‘first time’ attempting to make the homemade product.

Meghan appeared to be holding the curved end of the lifter – which is specially shaped for lifting jars – instead of the black rubber handles.

Fans wrote online: ‘OMG! She’s holding the jar lifter upside down!!!’

One experienced jam maker said: ‘She’s using the jar lifter wrong! I’ve been canning for years.’

Just a week earlier, fans claimed they ‘couldn’t read’ a post written in her calligraphy.

It was written in white, curling calligraphy and superimposed over a neat formal garden photo, showing neatly trimmed lavender hedges and a lawn.

‘Let me tell you ’bout the birds and the bees and the flowers and the trees and the moon above,’ it penned.

And in June fans spotted an apparent error in Meghan’s fruit picking picture, claiming it was a ‘different colour’ to the the ones remaining on the tree.

In August, fans even spotted what appeared to be a tiny insect crawling around near a flower cookie in a photo Meghan shared of her shortbread biscuits.

It comes after the Duchess undertook a two-week PR blitz in the US of pseudo-royal engagements, appearing to be gearing up for a ‘Meghan 3.0’ relaunch.

For example, she popped up at a glitzy vegan banquet in Los Angeles celebrating women ‘owning their power’ and helping ‘each other get s**t done’.

The Duchess was guest of honour at a party thrown by her friend and fellow podcaster Emma Grede, the British-born CEO of fashion brand Good American and a founding partner of Kim Kardashian‘s Skims line.

Experts have predicted another new venture is on the cards, potentially in couture or cosmetics.

Last Tuesday Meghan lectured on life as a ‘high-profile business founder’ as one of the stars of Fortune’s ‘Most Powerful Women’ summit in the US capital.

Meghan also popped up at Paris Fashion Week ten days ago, ramping up claims she may move into clothing. One source predicted: ‘Fashion is where she will aim her focus now.’

Over the weekend, Meghan attended the George Zajfen Tennis Tournament in LA in memory of her best friend’s son – an event that appears to be becoming an annual tradition for the Sussexes.

Meghan stepped out in a £3,046 white halterneck button-down dress by Carolina Herrera.

The tennis tournament was organised by Meghan’s best friend, Kelly McKee Zajfen, who shared photographs of the Duchess on her Instagram, and Alliance for Children’s Rights.
