Prince Harry issues update on Meghan, Archie and Lilibet in live interview
The Duke of Sussex gave an update on his family in a surprise TV interview today.
Prince Harry gave a surprise update on his wife, Meghan Markle, and their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, today. The Duke of Sussex appeared in a live TV interview on This Morning today with host Alison Hammond from the one-year countdown event in Birmingham
In the interview, Harry spoke about his wife and children, revealing that he is “proud” of them. When Alison asked whether Meghan, Archie and Lilibet tell Harry how proud they are of him for his Invictus Foundation everyday, Harry said while they don’t tell him everyday, he knows they are proud. He said: “I’m proud of them. They’re proud of me.” He then said sweetly: “I love my family.”

His comment comes after he has spent the last few days away from his family in the UK.
Harry flew back to his home country on Monday, and while his family were supposed to come with him, the plan changed.
This is because Harry found out he was not set to be given armed police protection, meaning that he did not feel like it was safe enough for his family to be in Britain.
Since being in the UK, Harry and his team have put together an enhanced security plan, which will allow Meghan and the children to fly over to Britain at some point this weekend.

They will not make any public appearances, but it is believed they will spend some quality family time together, with rumours that they could visit Princess Diana’s resting place at Althorp Estate.
There are also rumours that a reunion with King Charles could be on the cards.
Meghan, 44, was originally expected to be with Harry today at The Invictus Games one-year countdown event.
She usually attends all Invictus events alongside her husband.
