Former “Today” co-host Hoda Kotb has expanded her family by welcoming a new puppy into the $2.9 million upstate New York home she shares with her two daughters.

The 60-year-old, who announced in September 2024 that she would be stepping down from the hit morning show in order to spend more time with her kids, revealed the “newest addition” to her family in a sweet Instagram video that showed them welcoming adorable pup Waffles at their abode.

In the clip, a woman can be seen dropping off the cute canine to Kotb and her daughters, Haley, 8, and Hope, 6, outside of their Bronxville property, which the former news anchor purchased in the spring of 2024.

“It’s official! Meet our newest addition — WAFFLES!” she captioned the heartwarming video.

In the post, Kotb joyously claps her hands as Waffles is carried out of a car, before being handed to the mother of two, who then passes the puppy down to Hope and Haley, who are seen jumping for joy as they prepare to meet their new pet.

Hope then holds the beige-colored pup with the help of her mom as the dog wags her tail back and forth.

“Look how cute she is,” Kotb says.

Waffles’ arrival at the Kotb household comes just six months after the on-air anchor officially stepped down from her NBC role after spending decades with the network.

Speaking to Today.com ahead of her last day on the show, Kotb opened up about her desire to embrace a new routine with her kids at the four-bedroom, five-bathroom, center-hall Colonial.

She was excited to have a more “normal” day-to-day regimen after years of early mornings, she explained.

“I’m just going to let us be a family with a normal rhythm of life. See what we become,” the on-air celebrity, who was replaced by Craig Melvin, said.

“I’m going to let [my daughters] take more trips and stay up a little later because part of the reason I put them to bed at that hour is because I’ve got to go to bed. I’m like, ‘Goodnight! Everyone’s going to bed.’ They’re like, ‘It’s 6:30!’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, lights out!’”
