And fans can rejoice because The Sun can reveal that the racy and raunchy challenge is officially coming back in tonight’s episode.
A source said: “The heart rate challenge is back tonight and it was chaotic – heads were turning, old rivalries resurfaced and it was the sexiest one yet.”
In the challenge, the contestants wear heart rate monitors and the group gets split into two.
The boys will then sit around the fire pit as the girls perform for them, and then they will switch.

Those in the performing team get dressed up in very sexy costumes such as nurses, cowboys, cats or devils.
Each islander then takes turns performing a solo dance which turns into a very raunchy striptease or lap dance.
They target the seated contestants with physical interactions like whispering, touching, or kissing, and usually focus on the person who they are romantically involved with.
The data collected by the heart rate monitors is then revealed to the entire villa later that evening.
The challenge usually causes major drama because of the surprising results.
The revelation that the Heart Rate Challenge is coming back follows a slew of dramatic games and challenges in the villa.
This week the Never Have I Ever game became personal when Lorenzo, who is currently coupled up with Yasmin, took a drink and opened up on his feelings for another Islander.
And this came after the show was slapped with a series of Ofcom complaints after fans hit out over a ‘misogynistic’ challenge.
The controversial challenge ‘It’s Not That Deep’ took place in the villa almost two weeks ago, and as the episode played out, a huge row was sparked between the Islanders.
While taking part in it, the boys become frustrated by some of the girls’ commentary, which led to rumbling rows that evening.
With explosive arguments kicking off left, right and centre, the show wound up receiving 91 Ofcom complaints on the night.
Ofcom said that the majority of complaints logged on June 11 related to alleged misogyny towards the female contestants
