Rihanna‘s Beverly Hills home was targeted in a shooting on Sunday afternoon.

A woman was taken into custody after firing multiple shots from her car toward the singer’s house, according to TMZ.

The superstar, 38, was inside of the home at the time of the shooting but is said to be unharmed.

The suspect, who is described as a woman around 30 years of age, was detained by law enforcement at the scene.

It’s not known if Rihanna’s partner A$AP Rocky, 37, and their three children – RZA, three, Riot, two, and Rocki, five months – were inside the home at the time of the incident.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Rihanna’s representatives and Beverly Hills Police Department for comment and has yet to hear back.

It’s unclear what prompted the shooting.

Authorities are now working to determine the motive.

Photos from the scene showed yellow police tape outside the singer’s home.

Rihanna and her longtime partner live in the $14 million mansion with their children.

The Fenty Beauty founder purchased the stunning home, featuring an open-air courtyard and pool, just across the street from Sir Paul McCartney in 2021.

The five-bedroom home, which includes seven bathrooms, is located on a secluded, lush cul-de-sac in the mountains, sits on a sprawling 21,958-square-foot lot, and was originally built in the 1930s.

The property offers complete privacy from the street with its tall hedges.

Rihanna’s home was previously owned by Mary Sheldon, daughter of I Dream of Jeannie creator Sidney Sheldon.

Other neighbors on the same quiet street include Mariah Carey, who has been leasing a property a few doors down for years as well as Madonna.

Behind the front door was a family-friendly paradise, decorated with hundreds of toys and sweet family portraits.

A$AP – real name Rakim Athelaston Mayers – showed off the furnishings in a sweet birthday post for Riot which included pictures of the toddler in his playroom.

In snaps from another room, Rocky was seen holding Riot in front of a marble counter that was adorned with snacks and baby products.

Behind was an adorable black and white snap of Rihanna and A$AP cozied up as well as a bright orange and red painting of the pair.

A magnet board was also on display with the words Riot, RZA, apples and boy spelled out in colorful letters.

In 2021, it was reported that Rihanna was renting out the property for an eye-watering $80,000 per month after purchasing the home next door for $10 million.

However, it’s since been reported that she moved back into the mansion with her brood.

Last Sunday the couple looked in good spirits as they enjoyed a date night at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.

The A-list pair coordinated in cool black leather jackets and sunglasses as they spent quality time together during a low-key night.
