ALPINE skiing legend Lindsey Vonn is back up on both feet just over one month on from her devastating crash at the Winter Olympics.
The 41-year-old Team USA icon remains defiant as ever to make a full recovery after shattering her leg last month.

Vonn has not ruled out returning to the sport despite nearly losing her leg due to the damage inflicted by the crash.
The extent of her injuries required several surgeries to repair and saw her stay in the hospital for multiple weeks before returning to the US.
She has kept fans posted during each stage of her incredible recovery via her Instagram, and the latest video shows remarkable progress.
Wearing a black boot around her right ankle and using a crutch, Vonn was able to put weight on her right foot and push herself up off a bench.
She then showed her ability to walk across the rehabilitation room using the aid of crutches again.
The video clearly shows the large scars from the Team USA legend’s recent surgeries on her broken left tibia.
Vonn captioned her post, “No matter how hard I get knocked down I will always find a way to get back up! One step at a time!”
The video itself had a caption of, “Coming back from the comeback… from the comeback…”
It was an incredible feat for Vonn to even appear at the 2026 Winter Olympics after she tore her left ACL just weeks before the event.
Her incredible comeback lasted just 13 seconds in devastating scenes as she crashed on her first official run at the games.
The three-time Olympic medalist hadn’t competed at a Winter Games since 2018, when she won bronze.
Vonn had been retired for the best part of six years before making a sensational comeback in late 2024.
Whether Vonn can make another comeback to the sport from here remains to be seen, as per her own words.
She recently told Vanity Fair, “I don’t like to close the door on anything, because you just never know what’s going to happen.”
“I have no idea what my life will be like in two years or three years or four years.
“I could have two kids by then. I could have no kids and want to race again. I could live in Europe. I could be doing anything.”
