The Princess of Wales’ former personal assistant, Natasha Archer, has finally launched her own styling business
he Princess of Wales’ former right-hand woman, Natasha Archer, has finally launched her own business. After subtly teasing her next career chapter online, Princess Kate’s ex-PA’s new personal styling company is now fully operational.
Natasha’s brand new website offers an interesting insight into the work she did during her 15-year tenure in the royal household.

The Princess of Wales’ former right-hand woman, Natasha Archer, has finally launched her new business
Her new consultancy claims to shape “the detail behind impeccable appearances”. “We operate at the intersection of image, influence and privacy, curating presence for those who understand that true distinction is seen, but never exposed,” the website reads.
Natasha’s high-end services will no doubt not come cheap. While no insight is given into her fees, her mission statement is clear.
She has vowed to “provide discreet, thoughtful guidance across wardrobe, personal presentation and creative direction, helping individuals and families present themselves with confidence and complete assurance.”
Her business strategy is divided into three aspects: creative direction (which involves sending a clear message with clothing choices), styling (which she says is entirely personal to each client), and advisory – perhaps the most insightful category.

Natasha acted as Princess Kate’s PA and stylist
Natasha, 37, offers her clients “a discreet, trusted presence offering perspective, judgement and quiet guidance across both everyday life and more significant moments.”
It’s plain to see how closely personal styling and personal guidance were intertwined during her time working alongside the Princess of Wales.
Acting more like a mentor and life coach than a stylist, Natasha was instrumental in shaping the royal into the global style icon she is today, synonymous with poise, grace and elegance.

She worked within the royal household for 15 years
Natasha Archer’s royal expertise
Natasha began her career as a personal assistant to Prince William and Prince Harry in 2010, eventually working her way up to becoming Kate’s most trusted assistant.
She also spent three years working for the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and even received the Royal Victorian Order for her services to the royal family in 2019.
Known simply as “Tash” to her friends, Natasha was promoted to senior private executive assistant to William and Kate in 2022.

Natasha was the brains behind many of Kate’s most iconic looks
She was regularly spotted travelling with the royal mother-of-three, carrying her luggage off the plane, and was even present at the Lindo Wing the day after Prince George’s birth in 2013.
While her decision to cut ties with Kate came as a surprise to many, HELLO! understands that it was entirely amicable, and the Prince and Princess of Wales’ household wished Natasha the very best for the exciting opportunities ahead when she handed in her notice.
It is not known who has been chosen to succeed Natasha in her role, or indeed, whether Kate will be working with a new stylist at all.
