The Duchess of Sussex was all smiles last night as she stepped out in LA.

Meghan Markle surprised royal fans on Saturday night as she stepped out at a red carpet event without her husband Prince Harry by her side. The Duchess of Sussex, 44, was all smiles as she attended the Fifteen Percent Pledge Fundraising Gala.

The gala, which was held at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, aims to celebrate black-owned businesses. The Fifteen Percent Pledge, founded by Aurora James, gives support to these businesses by providing access to capital, mentorship, skills training, and opportunities to partner with other companies.

Meghan looked delighted to be in attendance at the gala, wearing a striking gown believed to have been designed by Harbison Studio

This was a popular look among Meghan’s fans, with many taking to X to praise the duchess.

One fan wrote: “Perfection. Meghan has done it again.”

Another said: “Glowing.”

Meghan was not the only famous face at the red carpet, with Emma Grede and Tina Knowles – who was being honoured at the gala – also in attendance.

Other celebrities to have walked the red carpet last night include Winnie Harlow and Olandria Carthen.

Prince Harry did not attend the gala with his wife Meghan Markle, and is instead believed to have stayed at the couple’s Montecito home with their children Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.

It is one of Meghan Markle’s first public appearances of 2026.
