Meghan Markle’s brutal 7-word desription of Wimbledon visit with Princess Kate

Meghan Markle previously gave a brutal description of her experience of attending Wimbledon alongside her sister-in-law, Princess Catherine. Meghan, who has visited the UK this week for the first time since 2022, has previously attended the annual tennis tournament with Catherine on two occasions – once in 2018, just weeks after her royal wedding to Prince Harry, and again in 2019, just weeks after welcoming Prince Archie.
She previously spoke of her time in the Royal Family during the Sussexes’ bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021, whilst being heavily pregnant with their now-five-year-old daughter. Whilst asking Meghan if she felt “welcomed” by members of the Firm, the television host then spoke of Meghan and Catherine’s joint appearance at Wimbledon.
She said: “Did you feel welcomed by everyone? It seemed like you and Kate… at the Wimbledon game where you were going to watch a friend play tennis…
“Was it what it looked like? You are two sisters-in-law out there in the world, getting to know each other. Was she helping you, embracing you into the family, helping you adjust?”
Meghan then answered: “I think everyone welcomed me. When you say, ‘Was it what it looked like?’, my understanding and my experience of the past four years is, it’s nothing like what it looks like.”
Meghan is understood to have travelled with their children to Britain on Friday, while Prince Harry was marking the one-year countdown to the 2027 Birmingham Invictus Games.

The family then travelled to meet King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House.
It marks the first time the King has seen his two youngest grandchildren in over four years.
After Harry left the Birmingham venue at lunchtime, he is understood to have travelled some 90 miles to the King’s private residence in Gloucestershire – with Meghan, Archie and Lilibet joining him there. The meeting was private, with no pictures from the meeting set to be released.
