Meghan Markle makes bizarre Prince Harry joke as she shares picture with redhead baby

Meghan Markle made a bizarre joke about Prince Harry as she shared a new picture of herself holding a redheaded baby late on Friday night. The Duchess of Sussex uploaded two new stories on her official Instagram account from an outing with her close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen.
In the first, the mum of two can be seen holding her baby, Jack Oliver Zajfen, whom she welcomed back in March. The second snap showed Meghan holding the baby and lovingly kissing his head. She accompanied the picture with a message: “We all know I love a redhead.

“And let me stop you before they start, no it’s not his baby [laughing face emoji].”
Meghan’s friend found her joke funny and reshared the story with a long “hahaha” paragraph.
The Duchess of Sussex shares two children with her husband, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five.
Both Archie and Lilibet have adorable auburn hair after their dad.
The Duke of Sussex has spoken plenty of times about being a redhead.
Talking about the “ginger gene” with regard to his children on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in 2023, when promoting his memoir, Spare, Harry was asked whether he sees his mother or any of his grandparents in his children.
Harry replied: “Definitely my mum. The ginger gene is a strong one!” Prince Harry joked as the studio audience laughed.

After the audience burst into laughter, the host said: “Look at that. Both of them are redheads.”
The Duke then said: “The Spencer gene is very, very strong.
“I actually really, genuinely thought at the beginning of my relationship [with Meghan] that should this go the distance and we have kids that there’s no way the ginger gene will stand up to my wife’s genes, but I was wrong!”
“Go gingers!”
