I’m A Celeb’s Sinitta reveals she’s been in a relationship for YEARS – and the reason she keeps his identity a secret

I’M A Celebrity star Sinitta shocked fans as revealed she’s been in a secret relationship for years – and why she has kept his identity under wraps.

The pop icon appeared on Loose Women today to chat all about the dramas of the ITV show.

But as well as an inside scoop on the jungle , Sinitta shared that she’s loved up with a “Leeds lad.”

The 62-year-old was then quizzed on how she’s been using her jungle skills in real life and the singer certainly let slip some information that caught fans attention.

Charlene White asked: “Is that were the new man come in to play?”

Sinitta said: ” Might be it to. He’s much more afraid then I am.”

The hitmaker confessed she’d been with her partner for a couple of years.

She continued: “When I knew I was doing the jungle, we kind of stepped back a bit because he’s not in show business, don’t think wants to be in show business and you know I was doing something so high profile.

“He would be fine, you know he’s silly he’s got the best, worst, bad dad jokes and everything. He’s a character, he’s a funny guy, a Leeds lad.

“So he’s got a lot of personality but he’s just not used to the [industry].”

The telly star was then pressed as to whether it was her decision or his to remain out of the spotlight.

“I wanted to protect him… and not just put him under that pressure but he’ll actually be fine, I found my little Harry Redknapp,” said Sinitta.

During her stint in the jungle, Sinitta opened up on her four-decade romance with music mogul Simon Cowell.

The pair were very on-again, off-again and she admitted she “genuinely believed they were going to get married.”

Her campmates asked why their relationship didn’t last and they were not expecting Sinitta’s raw honesty.

“He wasn’t a faithful boyfriend. He won’t mind me saying it, because he knows, and I was very possessive,” Sinitta explained and then described how women would “act crazy” when Simon was around.

“I feel like Simon loves me and cares about me, but it’s just… I think I romanticise everything,” she added.

“And then you see him with his partner and his baby, well, he’s a big boy now, and it’s like, wow, okay, everyone really does have their proper person. I was the right person for a time, but they’ve just got this whole level that we didn’t have.”

Simon is now engaged to Lauren Silverman whom he has been with since 2013 and they share son Eric, 12.

Sinitta has certainly left fans envious of her megastar roster of former boyfriends including Oscar winner Brad Pitt.
