Dumped Love Island star Sam returns to social media after villa exit and opens up on ‘crazy experience’
DUMPED Love Island star Sam has returned to social media after his villa exit and reflected on the “crazy experience”.
The electrician found himself on a one way ticket to home with fellow singleton Namibia during Friday night’s episode of the ITV2 show.

Now he’s broken his silence on his exit as he took to Instagram to share a lengthy statement.
Alongside pictures from his time in the villa, he began: “Wow, what a crazy experience.
“Going on Love Island was a dream of mine, and although I didn’t find love, I’ve made friends for life and memories I’ll never forget.
“Thank you to everyone for the incredible support and love you’ve shown me throughout my time in the villa. I feel so lucky to have had this opportunity.

“A huge thank you to @georgiameacham and @rnid_uk for all their support while I was in the villa. I know there were times when I seemed a little quiet.
“As you all know I wear hearing aids and can struggle to hear properly in large group settings, especially when lots of people are talking at once, facing away from me and with outside wind,” he expressed.
“I think because of that, there were moments where I wasn’t as involved in conversations as much as I would’ve liked.
“I’d love to use this platform to help raise awareness of some of the challenges that people in the hard of hearing and deaf community face every day.
“And finally, thank you again for all the support. It’s meant the world.
“Catch me on Aftersun tomorrow at 10pm on ITV2 for some inside gossip!,” Sam concluded.
His followers rushed to the comments section to commend him on his journey on the show as one said: “Mate, you’re an absolute legend.”
Another person gushed: “You are amazing Sam. Have loved watching you every night, such a kind hearted, genuine gentleman.

Somebody else commented: “You did absolutely amazing, I was so gutted you left but you did fantastic and you should be proud of yourself.”
Yet another said: “Absolutely smashed it! The best and the realest man in the villa, no question!
“Ladies missed out on a true catch!!! We have so much love for Sam!”
While a fifth added: “You did yourself so proud. Nice guys for the win.”
During Friday’s episode, the four new bombshells, Halle, Chidi, Tina and Finley were told to steal an islander each from their couple.
Halle chose Tommy, Chidi opted for Mica, Tina picked Aidan and Finley chose to couple up with Ellie.
After everything was said and done, Sam and Namibia were the only ones single and therefore dumped from the island.
Sam didn’t have the easiest of journeys at the beginning, finding himself in a friendship couple with Robyn.
He got to know both Namibia and Victoria when they came in, before deciding it was Victoria he wanted to be with.
However, she got dumped with Ope, which meant he was back at square one.
