David Potts, who first found fame in wild party series Ibiza Weekender, previously told how his target is to shed 10 stone – and now he’s half way there.
David, 33, uploaded before and after images to Instagram showing him in the gym in a black top and shorts.
He contrasted it with a snap capturing him in a white blazer dress with loafers, looking visibly slimmer and more toned.
He added the happy caption: “OMG!!! 5 STONE DOWN. I actually cannot believe I’m writing this!

“The amount of times I’ve tried to lose weight and sacked it off when I’ve gotten to four stone is crazy. But this time I pushed through.
“I still have a long way to go and it’s taken longer than I wanted, but I’ve got there. So much thanks to @nuffieldhealth_bolton for providing the vibes and a massive shoutout to my coach @floydtransform for pushing me and being there to guide me in the right direction.
“Even though I steered off track plenty of times, and will probably do many more times.
“But as w***y as it sounds. This is a journey and it’s going to take time and I deserve little treats too!”
David won CBB in 2024 and, although he has not revealed his exact weight, he admitted he had “given up binge eating and spending £40 a day in Tesco on snacks”.
He also revealed: “I’m no dietitian or PT, but I try and go to the gym six days a week and eat 1700 calories!
“Then one day I do zero exercise and eat whatever the F I want! It seems to be working for me”.
