It all became too much for Married At First Sight bride Bec Zacharia after another tension-filled dinner party.

The controversial bride stormed off after groom Danny Hewitt told her he was sick of her drama.

Things didn’t go too well for Bec from the start after she received a dressing down from fellow bride Alissa Fay over the vile texts Bec had written about her.

A sullen Bec was well and truly put in her place by Alissa, but the controversial bride tried to keep the war going with rival bride Gia Fleur.

The tit-for-tat was short-lived, however, with Gia shutting the argument down with: ‘I don’t want to engage anymore. I’m actually done with this conversation.’

After being shut down a second time, Bec then tried to check in with Danny, who looked as though he would rather be anywhere else.

When she asked her groom if he was okay, Danny did not hold back.

‘I’m sick of the drama, babe. I came here to focus on a relationship and it’s like f***ing every dinner party there’s drama,’ he said.

Danny took things a step further while chatting with producers, revealing that he was ‘ashamed’ of his bride.

‘Obviously I’m a bit ashamed at Bec, to be honest. I’m not going to lie, I’m not going to candy coat it,’ he said.

‘I’m frustrated because I know that’s not how Bec is as a person.’

Danny then attempted to get Bec to empathise with his situation, but his pleas appeared to go unnoticed.

‘How would you feel, in the same situation, if every week, every single week, you came into a dinner party and there was something else?’

When Bec said the argument was over texts sent two months ago, Danny replied: ‘I don’t care how long ago it was or what the circumstances are. I don’t really care, with all due respect, how would you feel in the same situation.’

Offering a flippant ‘sure’, Bec then added: ‘We’re in an experiment, babe. With vicious vipers around. Do you think this is what life is outside of this experiment?’

Displaying a vulnerability he had rarely shown until now, Danny laid out his reasons for taking part in the experiment.

‘From my point of view, all I’m saying is that I need help as a man with our relationship,’ he said. ‘I struggle with a lot of these things.’

‘That’s why I came on this experiment because I failed in the real world.

‘I’d rather be at dinner parties talking positive things and not drama, that’s where I’m coming from.’

Danny’s honesty did not sit well with Bec who replied that he was ‘throwing her under the bus.’

‘I want us to have a good relationship,’ Danny pleaded, but this only triggered Bec even further.

‘Daniel, do not sit here and say: “I want us to have a good relationship but we don’t because of drama at dinner parties.”‘

'I'm sick of the drama, babe. I came here to focus on a relationship and it's like f***ing every dinner party there's drama,' he said

When Danny replied that he hadn’t said that, Bec added: ‘Just be wary of what you say.’

Clearly over the drama, Danny said: ‘I want you to be wary of what you text people.’

When Bec again brought up the two-month window, he shot back: ‘I wouldn’t care if it was ten years ago.’

Danny’s comment was enough to cause Bec to storm off from the table, angrily telling producers: ‘I’m done. I’m not going back in. I want out. Now.’

‘He can f*** off,’ she raged. ‘I’m not going back into that dinner party. I’m f***ing fuming.’

As Danny debriefed on the couch with Rachel Gilmour, Bec’s tantrum continued and she made the bizarre claim that Danny should just ‘pretend’ to be on her side.

‘He says we’re ride or die. We’re not ride or die. This is not okay,’ she said.

‘Do not sit there in front of everyone and not show solidarity to me because I’ve had to apologise to someone.

‘Pretend. Just pretend for the sake of me. F***ing pretend for two minutes.’
