Love Island’s Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury confirm unique name for baby boy
The pair welcomed their son earlier this month.
Love Island stars Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have confirmed the name of their baby boy, who was born earlier this month. And in keeping with some of the names elsewhere in the Fury family, this one is unique!
The pair, who finished as runners-up in the fifth season of the ITV dating series back in 2019, welcomed a son on 3 June, with the couple previously having a daughter, Bambi, in January 2023.
Tommy had his latest professional boxing bout on Saturday (13 June), where he took on Eddie Hall in Manchester. He dedicated his victory, which came via a judges’ decision, to his son, and revealed that he was called Midas.

“This was for my new baby son, Midas. Welcome to the world!” said Tommy following the bout, where he also wore shorts that had ‘Midas’ and ‘Bambi’ written on them. He then put on an England football jersey, which had ‘Midas’ with the number 2 on the back (via ITV).
Molly-Mae, who has fronted Prime Video documentary series Behind It All, was sat ringside at the fight. She hasn’t publicly commented on Tommy’s announcement yet, but has been sharing updates since Midas’s birth.
On Friday (12 June), she shared a post on Instagram which included a photo of her holding her son, before writing in the caption: “I don’t think I’ll ever get over this day…. the most incredible birth I could have ever asked for.”

Last week, she shared a video from the hospital, where Tommy and Bambi greeted Molly-Mae and Midas in their bay. Bambi later held her little brother, with the family sharing a tender moment.
The comment section to both posts were met with messages of support from several followers, with one writing: “Also let’s appreciate how beautiful and glowing and happy and gorgeous you look.”
“I love all these special photos you’re sharing with us 😭 they are so beautiful. ❤️❤️ Hope you’re all doing well congratulations! Xxx” added another follower, while fellow Love Island star Maura Higgins said she was “so proud” of Molly-Mae.
