PRINCE HARRY’S EX-AIDE STUNS ROYAL WATCHERS WITH CONTROVERSIAL RESPONSE TO QUESTION ON ROYAL RIFT

Prince Harry’s former aide has refused to comment on the “Harry issue” and has insisted he is “very fond” of the prince, as he gave an extremely rare interview. Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton was the full-time principal private secretary to Prince William and Prince Harry from 2005 until 2013.
While Harry has faced public criticism over the last few years since quitting royal life in 2020, his former aide refused to discuss it in a recent interview with The Times.
When asked about Harry and William’s recent rift, which has been ongoing for a few years, the former aide, who was made Prince George’s godfather in 2013, gave a surprising four-word response, saying he had “better steer clear of” that issue.
He said: “Do you know what? I think I’d better steer clear of that Harry issue.

“What I would say is that I was and am very fond of him. He has huge redeeming features, and I’m a perennial optimist.”
He also said: “I loved them both.”
Prince Harry and Prince William both had a good relationship with the former aide.
