Fans are convinced they are no longer together, as Lorenzo, 28, continues to enjoy wild nights out without Julia, 26.
It came when he posted a video of himself having fun at The Weeknd’s concert in Wembley.
Lorenzo looked like he was having the time of his life as he threw his hands in the air.
But fans were quick to notice that his girl was nowhere in sight.

“Guess Julia was not invited?” one asked.

This is the second time in as many days that Lorenzo has been seen partying without Julia – with fans now begging her to dump him.
The Islander was seen at the weekend with a random girl on his shoulders while at a rave at London’s Old Royal Naval College.
Shortly after the video of her man with another woman emerged, Julia appeared to take a swipe at him.
She took to TikTok to share a clip showing off her outfit, a simple black mini dress with a blazer and a little Gucci bag.
But it was the song Julia was partially lipsyncing to that raised eyebrows.
The blonde beauty had added Madonna’s Sorry, with the lyrics: “Don’t explain yourself cause talk is cheap. There’s more important things than hearing you speak.”
And Love Island fans certainly raised their eyebrows after the couple suffered a very awkward appearance on This Morning.
At the time, Julia called out her man for not having planned any dates since their exit from the Majorca compound.
