A seven-year-old girl has died from injuries she sustained in a quad bike crash two days ago.

The little girl was a passenger on the ATV when it rolled in a paddock at a farm on Glenburnie Road in Yattalunga, north Adelaide, about 4.30pm on Friday.

She was rushed to hospital and spent two days receiving treatment.

However, the girl tragically died on Sunday.

A woman and another child on the quad bike were also hospitalised with minor injuries.

Multiple ambulances, a helicopter and a paediatric team attended the scene on Friday.

Initial reports indicated the buggy had rolled over.

The South Australia Police Major Crash Unit is investigating the accident.
