B-0-DYCAM BOMBSHELL: Chil-ling Footage Reveals De-a-dly Love Triangle Behind Fa-t-al NSW Stabbing

EXCLUSIVE: Disturbing bodycam footage has captured the moment a man confessed to police after stabbing his romantic rival to death on a rural NSW property.

A Supreme Court jury has found former chef Robert Marshall guilty of manslaughter after father-of-four Adam Cordingley was found dead, stabbed to death with a hunting knife at Bungonia, near Goulburn, in March 2024.

Bodycam footage shows the moment that authorities arrive after Marshall called police on himself.

“I had an affair with his wife. That was like nine months ago,” he told responding officers.

In a more than hour-long interview, Marshall recounted the night to detectives, telling them he had no intentions of stabbing Cordingley.

“I’m a f—— idiot,” he said.

Marshall claimed his victim was waiting for him when he got home from his final shift as a chef at the local hotel.

“So then he started asking questions about what was happening with the affair and all that sort of stuff, how many times we’d had sex,” he said.

“Started walking back towards the house and that’s when he ran up and started punching into me.

“He probably got three or four more blows into my head and then said, ‘Did you stab me?’,” he told detectives.

Marshall claimed he had no recollection of actually using the knife as he argued self-defence at trial and was ultimately acquitted of murder but found guilty of manslaughter.

The 43-year-old will face a sentencing hearing in September.
