A Grim Discovery

According to Victoria Police, the discovery was made at approximately 4:20 PM on June 9, when a passer-by stumbled upon the body near Chaim Court. Law enforcement officials quickly cordoned off the area to secure the scene and initiate a preliminary investigation.
