Blaike Knight, 19, faced court on a murder charge on Tuesday following the fatal stabbing of Zac McRae at a Mount Druitt bus station in August last year.
He is the second person to be charged, with police releasing CCTV of another three men who may be able to assist with inquiries.
A second person has been charged over their role in the alleged murder of a 19-year-old in Western Sydney last August.
Blaike Knight, 19, faced Burwood Local Court on Tuesday over the fatal stabbing of Zac McRae on August 27.
He is facing charges, including murder, causing grievous bodily harm to a person with intent to murder, robbery in company and assaulting a person intending criminal activity of a criminal group.

Mr McRae was one of two 19-year-old men stabbed at a bus interchange on North Parade in Mount Druitt last year in what homicide squad Detective Superintendent Joe Doueihi said investigators believed was a targeted attack.
The other victim sustained stab wounds to his arm and has since been released from hospital.
However, Mr McRae was stabbed in the chest and could not be revived.

Superintendent Doueihi said investigators believed the “callous and brutal” attack was part of the so-called Postcode Wars, with those responsible for the violence linked to the Doonside-based 67 group.
He said the victims were innocent but the attackers acted under the misapprehension they were connected to the Ready for Anything (RFA) group.
Following investigations, detectives arrested Mr Knight in Silverwater on January 7.
He did not apply for bail and bail was formally refused on Tuesday and he is due to appear in Penrith Local Court on March 13.
It comes after a 19-year-old woman was arrested in December.
She remains before the courts.

The men are believed to be aged in their 20s and were pictured walking along a street in Mount Druitt.
They appeared to be dressed in black hoodies and trackpants, with two wearing black shoes and one wearing white shoes.
