LOVE Island star Patsy Field has shown off her new boobs after going up two cup sizes following her free cosmetic surgery.
The reality star, who shot to fame on series 11 in 2024, took to Instagram to share the news with her followers.

Patsy, 31, shared a video of herself confidently strutting down a road wearing a low-cut v-neck top with a matching skirt.
Her new breasts sat comfortably in her top as she showed off plenty of cleavage,
She took her glasses off her face before shimmying down the empty road with plenty of sass.
Patsy captioned it: “It’s coming home, but my old bra isn’t. @tkchealth.tr the girls’ big debut appearance.”
Her followers rushed to the comments section to compliment her as one gushed: “YESSSSS, own it girl.”

While a fifth added: “Wow, now can you stop being so gorgeous.”
Patsy shared the same clip on her stories and revealed: “The Summer I went up two cup sizes.”
The ITV2 star has been documenting her journey after flying to Turkey to have the surgical procedure done.
Prior to going under the knife, she told her followers: “The day has come, I’m just about to be picked up to be taken to my surgeon to have my boob job.
“I don’t think it’s normal to be this calm to be honest. There’s two things that I’m mainly stressed about – the first one, I just want them to be good.
“I don’t wanna trade in a pretty good pair of t*ts for a s**t pair of t*ts*, I only wanna upgrade.
“Another thing I’m stressed about, if you know me you know I love a coffee and it’s just stressing me out that I can’t have a coffee.”
Four days after her operation, she revealed she was healing well and had stopped taking any medication because she wasn’t in any pain.

She wrote the word “gifted” on her caption which means the company did it for her for free.
Patsy also posted a discount code for her fans to use on their services.
She made history on Love Island when she appeared as the first female contestant to enter the villa with a visible disability.
Patsy lives with Erb’s Palsy, a condition caused by nerve damage during birth which affects her right arm and results in reduced strength.
She entered the villa on day one and was coupled up with Munveer Jabbal.
However, their journey was cut short and they were voted out on day 10.
