CCTV Captured the Moment a Car Suddenly Went Airborne and Slammed Straight Into a Bus… What Happened After the Crash Left Everyone Stunned
Wild CCTV footage has revealed the moment a car was launched into the air before smashing into the side of a bus in Brisbane.
The bus was at the intersection of Beaudesert Rd and Granard Rd in Archerfield about 6.30pm when a blue Toyota Yaris smashed into its side.
Footage shows the moment the car drove directly through an intersection and into the window of the bus.

The car was barrelling through the intersection when it hit the raised island and became airborne, flying directly into the side of the bus and slamming through its windows.
The impact was so great it caused the bus to rock sideways before restabilising.
The back wheels and boot of the blue car could be seen dangling from the window of the bus as it continued along its route.
The car was wedged deep inside the bus, with its front wheels perched on top of a row of empty seats.
The handrails were lodged on the front windscreen of the car, crushing seats underneath its chassis.

There were no passengers inside the bus at the time.
“The driver of the bus did not sustain any serious injures,” a police statement read.
The driver of the Yaris was also unharmed during the incident but was taken to hospital for shock.
“No other serious injuries were reported,” police said.
