The former Duchess of York is currently not in the UK following the latest release of Epstein files.

Sarah Ferguson has been keeping a low profile over recent weeks as she appeared in yet more Epstein files, which showed how much she stayed in contact with the late convicted paedophile after his release from prison for child sex offences. Rather than issue a statement about her past friendship with Jeffrey Epstein and the emails they exchanged, Sarah has stayed under the radar.

Just last week, it was rumoured that she had potentially fled the UK to avoid the scandal.

It is now believed that this was, and still is, the case. As reported by The Daily Mail, the former Duchess of York is believed to have just spent a few days with friends in the French Alps.

It is now believed she is in the United Arab Emirates, where it is rumoured she has been spending time with her youngest daughter Princess Eugenie, who was in Qatar for an art event for work.

It is believed Sarah is keeping a low profile overseas until she plans how to revive her image in the UK after the Epstein files, which showed Sarah referring to Epstein as a “legend” and keeping in contact with him.

While being mentioned in the files does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing, it is believed the former duchess, 66, is seeking a new PR team so she can return to work and earn money.

As reported by The Daily Mail, sources say she has openly told friends: “I need to get back to work. I need money.”

A source also said: “She is 66 and has no home and no discernible income. The public is disgusted by what they have read. And how would she pay a new PR team to rescue her reputation?

“She is said to be looking to bounce back, in typical Fergie style. I’m just not sure the public will buy it.”

It is believed Sarah will still be looking for a home when she returns to the UK as she and her ex-husband have been evicted from Royal Lodge in Windsor, with Sarah no longer set to live with Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who has moved to the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk. Instead, it is believed she is househunting in Windsor.
