MARRIED At First Sight star DAVE Thomas Hand has soft launched his new girlfriend from a rival reality TV show, two years after a messy split from his ex.

The reality star shared a sweet video with his new girlfriend, who he met on Nexflix’s Perfect Match.

In the video, while sitting poolside with his new partner, Dave begins by saying: “So this is little Soph [Sophie Willett], my new match. How are you feeling about it all?”

Sophie then responds: “I mean, what a blessing for you to be matched with me.”

Dave laughs, then adds: “I am, I woke up this morning, she’s a ball of fun. I met her Dad already. It’s where she gets her good looks from.”

The happy couple then sign off, quickly saying “okay bye”.

Dave cheekily wrote in the post’s caption: “New match who dis?!,” and tagged Netflix‘s official Instagram page.

Fans of the star left their love in the comments, saying “this is so exciting” and “show them how it’s done.”

But Sophie’s comment was the one raking in the likes, where she sweetly wrote: “This makes my heart skip a beat,” followed by a red love heart emoji.

However, after weeks of them appearing to be the strongest couple of the series, viewers were left shocked when things went rapidly downhill for them.

The pair committed to staying together in the Final Vows but they reportedly broke up not long after filming wrapped.

Dave opened up last year about the heartbreaking reason for the breakdown in his TV marriage.

The MAFS star exclusively told The Sun: “It was cut out but I’d actually actually had a couch session before that one where I broke down and cried, because I was worried about my feelings not progressing.”

He also candidly revealed another reason for his change of heart: “I’m not a hugely sexual person and that’s not where I find my connection with someone, but maybe on Jamie’s side it is super important to her.

Season four of Perfect Match aired on May 13 on Netflix.
