The catastrophe unfolded on Sunday afternoon, when Essex Police received an urgent report at 5:40 p.m. regarding a horrific collision involving a vehicle and a child on Ashwells Road. In a decisive effort to secure justice, investigators identified two suspects and executed arrests that same evening.
