He is inquiring about the location and estimated time of arrival of someone to extinguish the fire. He has called twice, and no one has yet made it to the scene.

Thankfully, a truck pulls up on the scene as he’s on the phone. Unfortunately for him, the fireman is Tim Conway. Getting into the house becomes an ordeal, with Harvey bursting into laughter because of Tim’s extravagant and unnecessarily damaging entrance.

Soon, Harvey, overcome with smoke, needs mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. Tim is more than a little hesitant to perform this life-saving maneuver. Instead, the skit ends with the two comedic legends on the ground laughing themselves silly at their hilarious predicament.
