Strictly Confirms Hit TV Star as 11th Celebrity Contestant—Fans Stunned by Surprise Signing
STRICTLY Come Dancing bosses have revealed the 11th star taking to the dancefloor for the 2026 series.
Celebrity dog trainer Graeme Hall has been unveiled as the Beeb’s latest signing and will be joining the other hopefuls showing off their moves when the show returns to screens this autumn.

Graeme is known as The Dogfather and fronts Channel 5 show Dogs Behaving (Very) Badly.
Announcing the news online, the official Strictly Instagram shared a post which read: “Who’s ready to fetch the Glitterball? Good boy, @dogfather.graeme, welcome to #Strictly!“
Chatting in a video following the announcement, Graeme said: “Come September, you’re gonna see a bit of me on the dancefloor because, yeah, you guessed it, I’m doing Strictly!
“How exciting is that? Very, to me. How nervous am I? Very. In fact, all of the emotions, very. But I can’t wait to get started.”
Graeme joins the ten other celebs who have already been revealed to be hitting the dance floor this year.
The latest signing comes after footie ace Shaun Wright-Phillips was previously announced as the latest Strictly star.
The line-up also sees two Love Islanders taking part this year with series four winner Dani Dyer and series 12’s champ Cach Mercer also in the show.
Big Brother host Will Best is another star in the mix alongside EastEnders legend Lacey Turner, Brit movie star Jaime Winstone, and Aussie pop star Delta Goodrem.
Rounding out the line-up is House Of The Dragon actress Bethany Antonia, Paralympian Sarah Storey and Kim Kardashian‘s hairdresser Chris Appleton.
Previously, The Sun exclusively revealed that newly single X Factor hunk Jake Quickenden is also in talks with Strictly bosses – though the BBC is yet to officially announce him as a contestant.
The 24th series will get underway after a massive show shake-up that saw a number of pro dancers axed in what was hailed as the “Strictly Bloodbath”.
The new season also welcomes a brand new presenting line-up of Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe.
The trio have joined Strictly following the departures of Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly last year.
