A mother has been charged over a car accident that killed her four-year-old daughter and seriously injured her son.
Police allege the little girl wasn’t secured in a booster seat when the crash happened in Perth in June.

Two months on, Saoirse Wynne is accused of failing to ensure four-year-old Layna Leavy was appropriately restrained in the vehicle.
The 33-year-old was also charged with careless driving causing death and not having a license.

Layna was killed, and her eight-year-old brother was taken to hospital.
Their mother is due in court for the first time next month.
