After its incredible success last year, when Alan Carr won the show as a Traitor, celebrities in their droves are keen to be snapped up for the second celebrity version later this year.

Oasis star Liam has now revealed he is in the running to star on the show when it returns in the autumn.

Someone on X asked Liam: “Liam would you go on the traitors if they asked?”

Liam then responded: “I’ve been asked.”

The Sun previously reported that former EastEnders actor Danny Dyer is also talks to take part.

And we revealed Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden has been egged-on to sign up by her friend Alan Carr, who won series one.

The Sun also revealed Cheryl Tweedy has been approached to take part, despite her keeping a low profile in recent years.

And comedian David Mitchell has also been asked, as per our exclusive last week.

Gavin & Stacey’s Ruth Jones is also reported to be taking part when filming starts in spring in the Scottish Highlands.

And Allison Hammond is also tipped to be joining the star-studded line up, also.

The Sun has told how The Night Manager actor Tom Hiddleston sent a come-get-me plea to bosses as he is desperate to join.

The Celebrity Traitors was a massive success for the BBC, with 15 million viewers for the final and an average of 14.8 million watching every episode.
