He is accused of committing child abuse offences against more than 150 alleged victims in those 16 years, mostly at centres in Sydney’s north-west.

Now, federal police have launched a fresh appeal to identify a male child whose image was allegedly found on electronic devices seized as part of the investigation.

Investigators believe the images were taken sometime between March 2020 and July 2025.

Due to the sensitive nature of the images, they cannot be publicly released, but police have advised that the child is wearing Bluey-branded underwear and appears to have a distinctive freckle or mole on their body.

Additionally, investigators are renewing their appeal for information over an image previously released last week.

The picture, showing a two-tone t-shirt, was taken from behind the child wearing it at a Putney childcare centre on or about January 9, 2018.

The images of the shirt were released along with several others, but from information received in response, federal police confirmed the images taken at a Rouse Hill childcare centre were of two children already identified by the investigation.
