50 Cent decided to destroy his trademark ring to get Tajia Diamonds to craft it into a gift for Eminem’s little Elliot.
Eminem had to burst out a shocking rap after seeing this wonderful gift
In a stunning display of friendship and generosity, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has melted down his trademark diamond-encrusted ring to create a bespoke gift for Elliot Marshall McClintock, the newborn grandson of his longtime friend and collaborator Eminem. The heartfelt gesture, crafted by luxury jeweler Tajia Diamonds, left Eminem so moved that he unleashed a spontaneous, jaw-dropping rap verse to honor the moment, captivating fans and sparking a frenzy on X. The story, reported by The U.S. Sun on April 17, 2025, underscores the deep bond between the two rap titans and their shared commitment to family.
The ring, a 10-carat masterpiece 50 Cent wore as a signature piece during his Get Rich or Die Tryin’, was a symbol of his rise from Queens streets to global stardom.
Valued at over $500,000, it was melted down at 50’s request to create a custom pendant for Elliot, born March 14, 2025, to Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott and her husband Evan McClintock.
Tajia Diamonds, known for crafting pieces for Drake and Jay-Z, transformed the diamonds into a miniature “E” pendant encrusted with 2 carats of flawless stones, set on a platinum chain for Elliot to wear when older.

The pendant, engraved with “For Elliot, From Uncle Curtis,” was presented to Eminem at his Clinton Township home during a private visit in early April.
Eminem, 52, was floored by the gesture.
According to The Mirror, 50 Cent arrived unannounced, handing over the pendant in a velvet box while joking, “Elliot’s gotta shine brighter than us old heads.”
Eminem, whose emotional side has surfaced since becoming a grandfather, teared up as he held the piece.
In a moment that stunned 50 and Hailie, who was present, Eminem launched into an impromptu freestyle rap, weaving references to their shared history—D12, 8 Mile, and Shady Records—into a verse about legacy and love.
“From your ring to my kin, we built this win / Diamonds don’t fade, like our bond within,” he spat, his voice raw with gratitude.
Hailie captured the performance on her phone, and a snippet leaked to X, amassing millions of views.
Fans on X went wild, with posts hailing 50’s sacrifice and Eminem’s bars. “50 melted his legacy for Em’s grandson?”
“That’s love,” one user wrote, while another called the freestyle “a Grammy-worthy moment.”
The gesture reflects 50’s loyalty to Eminem, who signed him to Shady Records in 2002, launching his career.
Their friendship, marked by collaborations like “Patieny Waiting” and 50’s role in Eminem’s BMF series, has endured industry ups and downs.
Sources told Daily Mail that 50, a father to sons Marquise and Sire, sees Elliot as “family” and wanted to give him something “timeless.”
Tajia Diamonds confirmed the project, with lead jeweler Marcus Tate telling Billboard the ring’s stones were “perfectly repurposed” to honor Eminem’s new chapter.
The pendant’s value, estimated at $200,000, pales beside its sentimental weight, especially as Eminem recently transferred assets, including a cherished Pistons jacket, to Elliot’s trust, per The U.S. Sun. The freestyle, which Eminem hinted on X could appear on a future track, has fans buzzing about a potential 2025 release. As 50 Cent and Eminem continue their legacies—50 with his G-Unit empire and Eminem as a doting grandpa—the pendant stands as a glittering testament to their brotherhood, proving that true wealth lies in the bonds they forge and the gifts they give.
