She has been at the centre of some of the season’s most explosive moments.
But Married At First Sight bride Bec Zacharia appeared a far cry from her fiery on-screen persona as she was recently spotted looking downcast in Sydney, following reports she suffers a breakdown and quits the show after an explosive confrontation.
The 35-year-old reality TV star cut a downbeat figure as she made her way through the city, dressed in a loose-fitting grey blouse paired with crisp white trousers.
Bec kept her look understated, wearing her brunette locks tied back and accessorising with simple pearl earrings.
At one point, she was seen venting to a MAFS producer at a local bar, where the pair sat down for drinks.
The normally outspoken bride appeared withdrawn during the outing, with an insider telling Daily Mail it looked as though she was struggling, amid rumours she has called time on her relationship with her TV husband Danny Hewitt.

She was also spotted in a tense conversation with the producer, appearing visibly upset as they spoke on the street.
While viewers are yet to see exactly what unfolds, the confronting images suggest the pressure of the experiment may have become overwhelming for the outspoken bride.
Her sombre demeanour marks a stark contrast to the bold personality fans have come to know — and hints that her MAFS journey may end on a far more emotional note than anyone expected.
The sighting comes as tensions reach boiling point on the hit Channel Nine series, with Bec’s emotional exit set to play out in dramatic scenes.
It comes after the outspoken bride revealed that she suffered years of abuse as a child.
The 35-year-old recently admitted that she had only started to come to terms with how the ordeal had affected her life.
Speaking to Woman’s Day, Bec said that she had been irrevocably changed by trauma, saying that she feels a constant need to ‘prove’ her worth.
‘I was told I was ugly… that I’d never find a man who’d love me,’ she told the publication.

‘When something happens to you that young, it changes how you see yourself. I’ve spent most of my adult life trying to prove I’m good enough.’
During her time on the show, both castmates and viewers have questioned Bec’s sometimes explosive behaviour – particularly the third dinner party, where she launched various attacks on fellow brides.
Bec added she believes some of the negative behaviour she has displayed on camera may be linked to her past trauma.
‘When you’ve experienced abuse, small situations can feel amplified. It’s not always about what’s happening in front of you,’ she said.
It follows reports last week that Bec had lost her job over her appearance on the hit reality series.
According to sources, Bec was working in sales for an Adelaide manufacturing firm when management called her in after the third dinner party was aired last month.
‘They just told her that they couldn’t have her there,’ an insider told Woman’s Day.
The source continued: ‘They didn’t want her to work there any longer, and it was due to what was happening on MAFS and her behaviour.’
