“THE LOVE TRIANGLE ISN’T OVER” – Netflix First Look at My Life with the Walter Boys Season 3 Has Fans Spiraling
Netflix’s hit romantic drama My Life With the Walter Boys is set to return this August and the streamer has given fans their first exciting look at Season 3.
The popular coming-of-age series is an adaptation of Ali Novak’s 2014 novel of the same name and follows teenage New Yorker Jackie Howard (played by Nikki Rodriguez), whose family are tragically killed in a car accident.
When she moves to Silver Falls, Colorado to live with the Walters and their eight children, her new life is thrown off-course by a complicated love triangle between brothers Cole (Noah LaLonde) and Alex (Ashby Gentry).

Viewers will remember the drama’s second outing release last year concluded with a jaw-dropping confession between Cole and Jackie.
The pair finally admitted their love for each other but had no idea that Alex, who had also been sneaking around with Jackie last season, was listening in, just before their father George (Marc Blucas) is taken to the hospital.

With millions of fans on tenterhooks to discover what happens next and who Jackie will ultimately choose, Netflix has now confirmed the next 10-episode season will premiere on Thursday, August 6.
A third instalment had already been confirmed ahead of Season 2, and Netflix also confirmed last month that a fourth season is in development and set to be released next year.

If that wasn’t enough, the streamer has also released some first-look stills from the new season, including one featuring Cole and Alex finally facing off after the events of Season 2.
Actor Gentry has teased to Tudum: “Everyone’s reality has shattered a little bit, and they’re picking up the pieces of that and trying to put it back together again.”
And showrunner Melanie Halsall has warned fans that Season 3 opens with an “emotional” premiere.
“A lot of this season, more than other seasons, is about growing up, maturing, and stepping up,” she added.
We’ll also find out a little more about Cole and Alex’s past, as Halsall hints that the rival brothers are more similar than they might be willing to admit, describing them both as “adrenaline junkies” and “competitive”.

Cole star LaLonde adds that they both truly care for each other, explaining: “That’s been at the heart of all of this for three seasons now. It kind of cuts through a lot of the BS.”
Netflix’s latest update also confirms the likes of matriarch Katherine (Sarah Rafferty), Cole’s ex-girlfriend Erin (Alisha Newton), his twin brother Danny (Connor Stanhope) and Jackie’s good friend Skylar (Jaylan Evans) will all be back as series regulars.
