Julia, 26, shared a snap of her slender body as she rocked some tiny shorts and a zip-up hoodie.
In between her thighs, she held an iced drink, with her frame looking tiny in the process.
Fans were left convinced that Julia was “body checking”, which is when someone has a habit of monitoring or evaluating their body shape, size, or weight.
Taking to Reddit to share Julia’s snap and raise concern about it, the poster penned: “Julia bodychecking. She’s done this several times now.

“This stuff is so icky especially with so many celebs/ influencers being on ozempic and peptides and how being overly thin is glamorised nowadays.”
Fellow fans reacted in the comments, with one person writing: “Yuck, very deliberate. Particularly holding the ice coffee between her legs?!”
Another said: “Anyone who doesn’t think this is body checking hasn’t seen online ED spaces.
“She may not be fully conscious of what she’s doing but it’s perpetuating harmful behaviour regardless.
“It looks cute but it also could be straight off someone’s thinspo pinterest board and that’s an issue.”
While a third wrote: “I agree that its a weird enough pose and it comes across as body checking, especially with the ongoing rise in celebrities and social media influencers becoming increasingly thin and their profiles coming across as glorified thinspo boards.”
But a fourth defended Julia and penned: “Strange pose but don’t think its that deep.”
And a fifth echoed: “I would say this is more showing off her body rather than body checking.”
Julia won Love Island alongside Lorenzo just last month.
In the week that followed their win, things for the couple were quite rocky.
Split rumours immediately began to circulate when they were the only finalists not to spend time together upon returning to the UK or to post pictures online with one another.
Fans also noticed Lorenzo was ‘liking’ sexy pics of other women online.
But in recent weeks, they have shut down the rumours with PDA-filled displays.
