LOVE Island star Bianca Gascoigne today showed off her bandaged face after undergoing painful plastic surgery.
The glamour model, 39, who is known for her love of cosmetic enhancements, revealed the latest work she’s had done with a post op picture.

Bianca, who won the celebrity version of Love Island in the noughties, today revealed she had been back to see her cosmetic surgeon for her next procedure.
The star revealed she made a trip to Harley Street, which is famed for plastic surgery, and this time had undergone Blepharoplasty.
This is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin, muscle, and fat from the upper eyelids.
In her latest Instagram post, Bianca shared a picture of herself with bandages that had been taped to her eyelids, to protect her skin while it healed.
The reality star has always been very open and honest about the cosmetic procedures she’s had done over the years.
Bianca has splashed out thousands and thousands of pounds on surgery to enhance her looks.

This includes three boob jobs and a Brazilian butt lift, as well as multiple non-surgical “tweakments”.
Bianca had her first boob job at 18 after extreme weight loss had left her deflated and her wanting “to feel womanly again”.
That took her from an A-cup to a C and she had a second op three years later, aged 21, following her stint on Celebrity Love Island which she won with Calum Best in 2006.
Bianca’s E-cup had made her a lads’ mag favourite during the noughties, and she appeared in publications like Nuts and FHM.
However, in 2020, she decided to have her boobs reduced and her implants were replaced with smaller ones, making her a 34B.
Speaking to The Sun at the time, Bianca said: “They needed to be smaller and I needed to be a bit more grown up, a bit more classy.”
