BREAKING: Mu-r-der Suspect on the Run as Massive Police Search Unfolds in Lynn Haven – Residents Urged to Stay Alert

LYNN HAVEN, Fla. (WMBB) – A manhunt is underway Saturday morning for a murder suspect.

According to Panama City Police, Preston Roulhac, 31, wanted in connection with a murder that happened in the 3700 block of West 21st Street in Panama City.

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office also reports that Highway 390 and Alaska Avenue is shut down right.

Residents in the are are encouraged to remain alert and call 911 immediately if seen. Officials urged resident to not approach the suspect.

Anyone with information related to the homicide investigation or Roulhac’s current location are urged to call the Panama City Police Department at 850-832-311. Anonymous tips may be left with CrimeStoppers at 850-785-8477.

Roulhac is considered armed and dangerous.

Officers said the suspect led the Panama City Police Department on a police chase Saturday morning which ended in a crash near Highway 390 and Delaware Avenue in Lynn Haven.

Officers said he was last seen running away from the crash wearing yellow shorts and a black long-sleeve shirt.

Multiple law enforcement agencies are actively searching the area for Roulhac. The Bay County Sheriff’s Office helicopter can be seen flying above Lynn Haven.
