The audience appeared baffled and many failed to understand tonight’s 25% question
On tonight’s episode, host Lee Mack delivered a Valentine’s dating question, and the audience looked largely baffled.
Lee showed them an image of some couples dating and asked: “Three couples are out on a date, No one is sitting next to or directly opposite their date.
“Arran tells Nick’s date that he likes her shoes. Who is David’s date?”
With time running against them, the contestants all submitted their thoughts to the teaser, but many of them failed.

Four people ended up being incorrect and thirteen ended up using their pass on the question.
Lee revealed: “Given that no one can sit next to or opposite their date and we know from the question that Arran can’t be Nick’s date.
“Nick and Charlotte must be a couple. Therefore, Hayley must be Arran’s date and Janice must be David’s date.
“Therefore the answer is Janice.”

Lee then confessed: “It’s great when you read them out and you still don’t understand the answer.”
During, last week’s episode, contestant Liz was the only player to make it to the 1% question, with Lee asking her if she wanted to play or not.
She proceeded to ask the other 99 players if she should gamble, with Lee calling it a show first and adding: “That’s the first time anyone’s done that.”
He then asked them by getting them to cheer if she should play and then clap if she shouldn’t.
She decided to take home the £10,000 rather than play for the difficult question.
This came after she told Lee that she had a dream the night before that she wanted to take home the £10,000 but something went wrong and she had to play for the question and ended up losing.
As per the rules of the game, Liz was still presented with the question to see whether she would have gotten it right or not.
The question was: “If you can roll six different numbers using one standard dice, how many different totals can you make by rolling three identical standard dice?”
She said her answer would have been 180, but Lee revealed the answer was in fact, 16.
Liz breathed a sigh of relief, knowing she made the right decision by taking home the money rather than playing for the massive cash prize.
