Fans have fallen in love with a new addition to Landman’s second season, but what do we know about the actress behind Cheyenne, Francesca Xuereb?
Landman season two added rising star Francesca Xuereb to the cast and she has already made a strong impression.
The breakout star portrays Cheyenne, a stripper hired by Tommy Norris (played by Billy Bob Thornton) as a physical therapist for his elderly father, Thomas, aka T.L. (Sam Elliott).
After returning home to find her rather scantily clad after spending the night, he confronts T.L., who assures Tommy that she simply stayed over after her car battery died – though he admits they did get rather close.
“We slept, that is all we did,” T.L. tells his son in Landman’s second season finale.
“And I got to hold a beautiful woman in my arms for the first time in 50 years. Today I feel better than I felt in decades. So I would appreciate if you would not f*** that feeling up to me. Good for the body and the soul.”

With Cheyenne causing such a stir in the Norris household, there is already considerable demand for her to return in the recently confirmed third season.
So, what do we know about actress Francesca Xuereb’s life away from the cameras?
Xuereb was born in Detroit, Michigan in August 1998, according to her IMDb page, making her 27 years old.
Currently, there is not much known about her family or personal life as she stays relatively private on social media. Her relationship status is also currently unknown.
However, she does have a public Instagram account where she promotes her acting work and shares snaps from her travels.

Xuereb also appears to be close with her mother, whom she has described as “the best” and “crazy and funny and lovely” on social media.
The actress’s career started at a difficult point as she began landing her first on-screen roles in 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic. She studied acting at Loyola Marymount University, graduating that same year.
After starting out working customer service jobs in between acting roles, Xuereb reportedly briefly returned to waitressing in 2023 during the Hollywood writers’ strike.
After making her debut in the horror film Murmur, directed by Mark Polish, Xuereb went on to make appearances in TV series such as Sex Lives of College Girls, SEAL Team and Pam and Tommy.
She has also appeared in four episodes of the comedy series Ted, as well as one episode of The Big Bang Theory prequel series, Young Sheldon.
Her next upcoming project is the horror film Sigil, which will also star Sierra McCormick and Cailyn Rice.
A synopsis confirms the film “follows three young women who perform an occult ritual orchestrated by their deceased friend, only to discover they are the final pieces in a deadly puzzle of survival and betrayal.”
Landman is available to stream on Paramount+.
