Gemma O’Neill has gone underground and wiped her Instagram page, just a few weeks ahead of the ‘Her Best Life’ retreat with Meghan Markle.

The talent manager, who counts radio star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson as her main client, recently had her financial woes exposed after her Gemmie Agency was liquidated.

Now it seems Gemma, 42, has gone into hiding.

Her main Instagram account @gemmyjean has since been deleted.

However, the account for Gemma’s Her Best Life podcast is still active, likely  continuing promoting the upcoming retreat in Sydney with the Duchess of Sussex.

Gemma has said the retreat is set to take place from April 17 to 19 at the InterContinental Sydney in Coogee.

The event, billed as a three-day wellness and empowerment experience for women, commands ticket prices ranging from $2,699 to $3,199 per person.

Guests are set to briefly meet Meghan, 44, and take part in a Q&A with the royal and another special guest, relationship coach and former psychologist Dr Justine Corry.

Gemma recently made headlines after it was revealed she purchased a $1 million home just weeks before being hit with a $550,000 tax bill after her company collapsed.

Her talent management agency, Gemmie Agency, went into voluntary liquidation in November and is now in the hands of administrators.

The firm owes $543,548 to the Australian Taxation Office, with another $3,300 owed to small business Jack Lawrence Accountants and Advisors, reported News.com.au.

On February 20, Gemma reportedly informed administrators from Grant Thornton Australia that she couldn’t make any repayment contributions, noting she has no available personal savings, limited income, and had failed to refinance her beachside apartment in Sydney.

However, the Daily Mail recently revealed Gemma had purchased a three-bedroom home in NSW’s Southern Highlands for the sweet price of $1.025 million late last year.

In the February 4 episode of the Her Best Life podcast, Jackie revealed Gemma had purchased a country-style cottage ‘down south’ in 2025.

Property records, seen by Daily Mail, showed she purchased the three-bedroom Fitzroy Falls home on October 3 – seven weeks before her talent agency was liquidated – with the sale later settled on December 17.

Gemma also recently renovated another Sydney home to turn into a short-term stay, which is currently advertised for $1,800 a night on Booking.com for the Easter break.

Late last year it was reported Gemma had stepped into the world of Airbnb hosting when she renovated her Clovelly home with the long-term plan of turning it into a flexible vacation home for guests whenever she and the family jetted off on holidays.

Administrators from Grant Thornton Australia said in a creditors’ statement that the debts incurred by Gemma’s agency were in stark contrast to a seven‑figure commission paid by an unnamed ‘key client’ between October 2023 and March 2024, according to the publication.

On February 20, Gemma reportedly informed the administrators she couldn’t make any repayment contributions, noting she has no available personal savings, limited income, and had failed to refinance her beachside apartment in Sydney.

That was the same day her star client Jackie fought with her KIIS FM radio partner, Kyle Sandilands, in the infamous argument about her being ‘away with the fairies’, which later saw the duo taken off the airwaves permanently and their $100 million contracts torn up.

The Kyle & Jackie O Show was officially axed 11 days later in a dramatic announcement by the radio station’s owner, ARN Media.

Gemma and Jackie’s joint venture, Besties Australia Pty Ltd, is also mentioned in the creditors’ report after it was revealed that a loan of $18,143 was made to the event business.

Besties Australia was registered by Gemma in October 2022 in her role as director/secretary.

However, the report stated Gemma did not disclose any related‑party loans to the administrators at Grant Thornton Australia.

‘The director (O’Neill) advised that this balance was incorrectly recorded by the Company’s former accountant and the transactions in the loan account were in respect of costs incurred by the Company, and not by Besties Australia,’ the report said.
