TENSION EXPLODES: Love Island Viewers React After Toni’s Brutal Remark About Yasmin Sparks Debate
YASMIN Pettet was left gobsmacked after her Love Island podcast co-host Toni Laites called her stuck up.
They fronted spin-off show The Debrief as a duo because their co-star Shakira Khan was away at a wedding.

Though tensions began to show about half way in when they discussed the antics of Love Island bombshell Chidi.
Yasmin, 25, dressed in a white dress with a cut out panel, began to put his behaviour under the spotlight and said: “He said it himself with Mica, he acts a bit stush do you know what that means?”
Toni, also 25, replied: “Yeah,” but then added the killer blow: “Like you”.
Clearly stunned, Yasmin said: “What?” as Toni reinforced her point: “Like you”.

Yamin took it in good humour as she started laughing and repeated: “Like me, I’m stush?
“Wait, I don’t think I am, do you know what it means?”
Toni said: “Stuck up,” and Yas continued: “Yeah.
“I don’t think I’m stush”.
Toni simply replied: “OK,” before Yas turned the talk back to Chiti and continued: “He then did say he’s a bit shy so maybe thats what it is”.
In slang, stush is said to mean someone who is conceited or snobbish.
The two women, along with Shakira made up The Big Three in the villa last year.
Yet in May, we reported how Toni and Yas had seemingly “fallen out” after Yas defended Toni’s villa ex Harrison Solomon.
Love Island fans will remember how the two had a very on/off romance on the show last year.
Toni was left heartbroken on multiple occasions when Harrison kept ditching her for Lauren – who he eventually left the show with her.
Harrison then returned to the All Stars villa in February, but had a less successful stint, with some backlash from fans over how he had blindsided his ex Lauren about going on the show.
Addressing the fan fury he had received, Yas, who was in the villa with him, told fans in an TikTok video: “He’s not like a horrible guy at all.
“Like, I feel like you can tell when someone’s just like a nasty, vile piece of work.
“But like, that’s not him. He’s just young and, you know, was rage baiting on national TV.
“I feel really bad for him because I feel like it must have been really hard coming out and having so much press about you”.
She added: “Yeah, he’s not a horrible guy at all. He’s just… he’s just young.”
The pair have reportedly been at odds since the night of the Brits.
It came after Toni’s big row with boyfriend Cach, when he then posed for a photo with Yasmin.
