Love Island viewers predict Lorenzo twist after Yasmin romance takes major step

Love Island viewers are convinced there’s another twist to come for Lorenzo, despite his connection with Yasmin reaching a major milestone. This Monday’s Love Island (15 June) saw the pair finally act on their attraction, as they sneaked off to the terrace and shared a series of kisses away from the rest of the villa.

The romantic moment came after days of flirting, but it ultimately marked the end of Yasmin’s connection with Aidan, who couldn’t move past her kiss with Lorenzo. The decision has left the door open for Yasmin to explore her connection with Lorenzo.

On paper, it looks like a straightforward next step for the pair. But a kissing challenge left viewers doubting whether Lorenzo and Yasmin could make it work. Instead, fans remain convinced that Lorenzo’s story will somehow lead him back to Jasmine, after their kiss hinted at unfinished business.

The islanders were also thrown into a kissing competition, which revealed the couples that nurtured genuine chemistry and which pairings may not be as strong as they appear. For this challenge, the boys were blindfolded and tasked with rating each kiss they received from the girls out of ten – and Jasmine’s kiss with Lorenzo was nothing short of steamy.

One viewer wrote: “Someone clip just the Jasmine and Lorenzo kiss for me please,” as another echoed: “No like I actually can’t wait for the Lorenzo and Jasmine reunion.” A third continued: “Jasmine and Lorenzo RUN IT BACK RN,” while a final fan chimed in: “Jasmine please leave Kavan it’s you and Lorenzo and we all see it. Jasmine and Lorenzo coupled up upon their arrival in the villa before she decided to give bombshell Kavan a chance. At the time, Jasmine argued Lorenzo was not making enough effort to show her his affection, but a previous challenge had already hinted at trouble in paradise for Jasmine and Kavan, leaving viewers secretly hoping for a reunion with Lorenzo. Despite her connection with Lorenzo ending, prompting him to couple up with Priya, Jasmine hadn’t completely closed the door, igniting hopes even further.

Elsewhere, Tommy’s growing connection with Namibia sent shockwaves through the villa after a secret kiss was dramatically exposed this Monday. The pair returned to the garden after sharing a kiss on the terrace, but Tommy immediately found himself facing a difficult conversation.

While catching up with Ellie on the Daybeds, he admitted he spent time alone with Namibia but left out one major detail – their steamy kiss. Later, Tommy sought advice from Sean as he weighed up whether to tell Ellie the truth himself. Sean urged him to come clean sooner rather than later, but events quickly spiralled out of his control.

Before Tommy could get the chance to come clean, Namibia pulled Ellie aside and revealed the truth herself, telling her that she and Tommy had kissed during their time together on the terrace. The revelation left Ellie stunned, especially after Tommy had already spoken to her.

As Tommy watched the conversation from afar, Sean joked that it may be too late for him to save himself. Tommy attempted damage control by approaching the pair, but Ellie was in no mood to hear his explanation and shut him down before he could even get a word in.

The fallout continued as Ellie vented her frustrations to the girls, questioning why Tommy failed to tell her the full story when she had already allowed him to be honest. Is their connection really beyond repair?
