Princess Beatrice’s husband’s relatives are reportedly unhappy about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s scandals.

Princess Beatrice has no doubt had a difficult few weeks following her father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s arrest in February on suspicion of misconduct in public office. The princess, along with her sister Princess Eugenie, has kept a low profile while their father has been released under investigation, and is no doubt trying to stay out of the spotlight.

While this may be working for Beatrice, 37, so far, it is believed that her in-laws are not happy about what Andrew’s scandals have brought on their own family. This is despite the fact Andrew has always denied any accusations or wrongdoing against him.
It is believed that Beatrice’s husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s parents fear that Andrew’s situation could impact their business.

Speaking to New Idea, a source said: “There’s nothing good about any of this, and yes, it’s affecting everyone in their immediate circles.

“Edo’s family is Italian aristocracy, so they’re beside themselves and furious their son is wrapped up in the York wreckage.

“Andrew’s arrest could damage business prospects and family reputation.”

Beatrice and her husband have not commented on Andrew’s scandals and recent arrest, and it is not known when they last saw him.

Andrew, who turned 66 on the day of his arrest on February 19, has also not commented on the ongoing police investigation he is part of.

Instead, he has been tucked away at his temporary Wood Farm home on the Sandringham Estate.

It is not known when he will move to Marsh Farm.

No members of the Royal Family have been seen visiting Andrew, with King Charles even choosing not to see his brother despite staying at Sandringham House recently.
