Wearing a white vest top with a lace trim and simple gold necklace, the star appeared in a video holding pain-relieving stress balls while getting injections in her nose, forehead, brow, lips and jaw.
The video was captioned: “Lucinda’s end of summer glow up.”
Worried fans asked about the Love Island star: “She looks fabulous without. Why? She’s so young.”
A second echoed: “She doesn’t need all that work.”
“The way this is normalised in your 20s is concerning,” stated a third.

The 26-year-old influencer – who found love on the latest series of Love Island All Stars is no stranger to cosmetic enhancements.
She has previously been praised for ‘showing off her natural skin’ while getting her lips enhanced.
She has also documented getting filler in her nose, chin augmentation, jawline slimming and lower face contouring/injections.
The Brighton beauty previously opened up about craving plastic surgery “every day”.
Lucinda said she wanted a boob job, nose job, and veneers before going on the ITV2 show.
In a video taken before she entered Love Island Lucinda wrote: “The daily conversation I have with myself trying not to get a boob job, nose job, & veneers.”
The ITV reality star is currently loved-up with fellow islander Sean Stone – who she finished fourth with earlier in 2026.
The couple met on Love Island All Stars in January and made it all the way to the final, before deciding to become boyfriend and girlfriend.
Since leaving the villa, the couple has been regularly posting videos together on social media and attending events.
They recently looked loved-up while attending Centre Court at Wimbledon and enjoyed a romantic getaway to the Maldives, where Sean gave Lucinda a promise ring.
